How many Karona product lines are available?

Karona manufacturers distinct product lines based upon your entranceway application and budget requirements.  Mainline, profile wrap, enviro and fire rated doors are standard to Karona product lines.  Each line represents a unique construction technique.

My builder/contractor/architect is not familiar with Karona Doors.  What should I do?

Does Karona manufacture commercial fire rated doors?

Yes.  Karona offers fire-rated doors in 20-minute negative pressure, 20-minute positive pressure, 45-minute positive pressure, 60-minute positive pressure and 90-minute positive pressure.

Does Karona manufacture flush doors?

Karona does not manufacture flush doors.  We manufacture only stile and rail doors, more commonly referred to as raised panel doors.  If you are interested in flush doors, please contact Karona and we can refer to someone that will take care of your needs.

I have a large construction project.  Are product samples available?

Karona often provides miniature “corner sample” doors through distribution for large projects that may require product approval processes or other selection criteria.  Contact Karona at 1-800-829-9233 if you have any questions related to corner samples or door samples.

Does Karona offer Factory Finishing?

Yes.  Karona is pleased to offer you the finest high-end finishing system in the industry.  The fully-computerized, state-of-the-art, process assures you of furniture-finish quality and consistency throughout your job, no matter how many doors we build for you.    The UV finishing materials are water-based, and entirely environmentally friendly.  The curing process provides you with a harder, more durable surface.
